Andrew Cherry is Chief Financial Officer of the Alter Domus Group.
Andrew joined the Alter Domus Group in September 2019 and has many years of experience working in the finance industry.
Andrew has more than 20 years of CFO experience, spanning Financial Services, Technology, Real Estate, Hospitality, and Manufacturing. He has spent eight years at PE-backed companies, eight years at listed companies, and four years in private companies. He specializes in high-growth situations and has lived and worked in the UK, Germany, the USA, Jamaica, Malaysia, Venezuela, and Spain.
Andrew joined Alter Domus from Salamanca Group / Funding Affordable Homes, where, as Chief Financial Officer, he oversaw a wide-ranging transformation of a group comprising banking, fund administration, fund management, corporate advisory, and real estate activities. He has also been Chief Financial Officer at GoIndustry, Cable & Wireless Jamaica, SpinVox, and Volex.
Andrew holds a degree in Physics from the University of Sheffield, an MBA from Kellogg Business School in Chicago, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, originally qualifying with PwC.
