Alter Domus signs agreement with Scandinavian Trust to deliver corporate services across Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway.

People shaking hands

Luxembourg, October 1st, 2026 — Alter Domus, the strategic partner that unleashes growth in private markets through expertise, powered by data and technology, today announces a strategic partnership with Scandinavian Trust, marking the firm’s entry into the Nordic corporate services market for the first time.

The partnership enables Alter Domus to offer a comprehensive range of corporate services, including accounting, tax compliance, payments processing and corporate secretarial services, across all four Nordic markets: Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway[1]. The capability is available immediately to clients across Alter Domus’ Real Assets, Private Equity and Private Credit business lines.

Scandinavian Trust, established in Stockholm in 2014, brings deep local expertise across all four Nordic markets. The firm was selected following a rigorous screening process, chosen for its breadth of capability, the strength of its leadership team, and its commitment to building a long-term strategic relationship. The Nordic region is among the fastest-growing real estate markets in Europe, with Alter Domus clients increasingly active across the region. This partnership is a deliberate and structured response to that demand, and to client feedback that geographical coverage in the Nordics can strengthen our competitive advantage further.

Under the model, Alter Domus contracts directly with clients, acting as the single point of accountability across all jurisdictions. Scandinavian Trust delivers locally, providing on-the-ground expertise, regulatory knowledge and operational infrastructure, underpinned by a formal governance framework including agreed SLAs and KPIs.

Isabel Gomez Vidal, Chief Commercial Officer and member of the Group Executive Team at Alter Domus, said:”The Nordic region is one of Europe’s most dynamic markets, and our clients are increasingly active there. We took the time to find the right partner: one with genuine local depth, strong leadership, and a shared commitment to the standards our clients expect, and our partnership with Scandinavian Trust is a deliberate move to meet that demand.”

Maximilien Dambax, Global Head of Real Assets and member of the Group Executive Team at Alter Domus, added: “Our partnership with Scandinavian Trust means we can now support our clients in more jurisdictions that matter to them, and in more ways than before. Scandinavian Trust brings exactly the kind of local expertise that we are known for, and that our clients value from us.”

Lars-Andreas Nilsen, Chief Executive Officer, Scandinavian Trust, said: “Four Nordic countries look similar from the outside, but are not similar at all once you have to file, pay and sign in each of them. We built Scandinavian Trust to do that work properly in each one: our own people in every market, nothing outsourced, and local teams with the authority to decide rather than to escalate. That has taken us to more than 200 entities and 150 clients, growing at 40% a year and profitable throughout. Alter Domus is one of the most respected names in this industry, and we’ve found that despite the difference in size we have common values — the same standards, the same seriousness about getting the detail right. That’s why this works: two firms that chose each other for the same reasons.”

The partnership is non-exclusive, preserving flexibility for both parties to work with other providers where client needs require it.

This announcement marks the first step in a broader European expansion strategy.

About Alter Domus

Alter Domus, the strategic partner that unleashes growth in private markets through expertise, powered by data and technology, administers over $4 trillion in assets on behalf of clients across private equity, private debt, real estate and infrastructure, placing it among the largest fund administrators serving the alternative investment industry.

With over 7,000 colleagues across 23 jurisdictions, the firm combines global reach with deep sector expertise and proprietary technology to help clients scale with confidence in an increasingly complex private markets landscape. Founded in 2003, the firm brings more than two decades of specialist experience to one of the fastest-growing segments of the global financial industry — a market on course to nearly double in size over the next five years.

About Scandinavian Trust

Scandinavian Trust is an independent Nordic corporate services group, founded in Stockholm in 2014, with offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen and Helsinki.

The group provides legal entity management, domiciliation, accounting, tax and payroll services to international clients investing and operating in the Nordic region, and currently administers more than 200 entities for more than 150 clients — from global asset managers and Nasdaq-100 listed groups to international technology, industrial, engineering and consumer businesses. Revenue has grown by 40% year on year, profitably.

The group’s model rests on a straightforward premise: the Nordics are four separate regimes, not one market. Each country is served by its own local team, led by a country manager with genuine specialist depth in that jurisdiction and the authority to act on it — so decisions are made by people who know the market, close to the work. In Norway, Scandinavian Trust is an authorised accounting firm (autorisert regnskapsforetak).

Nothing is outsourced. Fees are quoted on a transparent, predictable basis, agreed in advance rather than accumulated. It is a way of working the group’s clients have grown with — and it is what has taken Scandinavian Trust from a single Stockholm office in 2014 to four Nordic markets, more than 200 entities and more than 150 clients today.
