Amaury Dauge is Chief Financial Officer.
Amaury Dauge joined Alter Domus in February 2024 as Chief Financial Officer and member of Alter Domus’ Group Executive Board.
Amaury has a broad international experience ranging from stock exchanges to fintech, and he conducted a number of business transformation projects in capital investments, M&A and post-merger integrations. A significant part of Amaury’s career has been as CFO of global financial services organizations such as Allfunds and Euronext, where he has played a key role in successful IPOs on both occasions.
Amaury holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD, a CIIA from CFAF – Centre de Formation à l’Analyse Financière, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Inseec Group.
