Charlotte Hogg is Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
With more than 30 years of experience in financial services, Charlotte has held leadership roles in Europe and North America across a range of institutions. Charlotte previously served as Chief Executive Officer, Europe at Visa from 2017 to 2025. Before that, Charlotte was Deputy Governor and Chief Operating Officer at the Bank of England. Prior to that, she led all retail banking distribution for Santander UK and served Experian as the managing director of the UK and Irish businesses and was CEO of Goldfish Bank, a Discover Financial Services subsidiary.
Earlier in her career, Charlotte was the global managing director for strategy and planning at Morgan Stanley, and a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, based in the U.S where she led the North American wholesale practice.
Charlotte graduated from the University of Oxford with a B.A. in Economics and History and is an honorary fellow of Hertford College. She is a Kennedy Memorial Trust Scholar at Harvard University, and has an honorary Doctor of Laws from Warwick University.
Charlotte is a non executive director of RELX, and has served as a board member at Oxford University Press and BBC Worldwide. She has served as a trustee of the Philharmonia Orchestra, Now Teach, First Story and Partnership with Children, and as a Governor of Nottingham Trent University.
