Victoria Livingstone is Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Victoria Livingstone began her HR career at Ford Motor Company, working across manufacturing, engineering, marketing, sales and finance. She later joined Cisco Systems, partnering with Sales and leading Strategy & Operations for the EMEAR HR function, delivering a regional Organization Health initiative with McKinsey. She moved to Vodafone as Head of HR Business Partnering for Group Technology, supporting company-wide transformation of technology strategy, operating models and organizational redesign, alongside expansion of Technology Shared Service Centres.
Victoria then joined Liberty Global as HR lead for Corporate Functions, designing global operating models for Finance and HR. She subsequently became Global Head of HR for HSBC Operations, Technology & Corporate Services, leading business partnering and supporting digital and customer-focused transformation. Most recently, she served as EMEA Chief People Officer at Dentsu, leading large-scale change, integration with its Japanese parent company, and implementation of a new end-to-end HR operating model.
