In relation to Alter Domus Alter Domus Alternative Asset Fund Administration S.à r.l. (“Alter Domus”) obligations under Luxembourg law and CSSF circulars in respect of transfer of information, please find below Alter Domus operating model as at April 1, 2025.

Type of information that may be transferred on a need-to-know basis, in connection and for the purposes of outsourced services

  • Information provided in the context of the agreement(s) signed with its clients (the “Agreement”) and necessary for Alter Domus in order to provide services in accordance with the Agreement(s) and to comply with statutory obligations.
  • Information on the client such as articles of incorporation, financial and tax status, agreements, correspondence with third parties, legal reporting, financial statements, accountings documents, minutes of the shareholders and board meetings or resolutions, bank details and statements.
  • Information about financial and commercial transactions of the client, its Principal (as defined in the Agreement), its investors, and/or the AIFM, as the case may be and where applicable, which Alter Domus may become aware of in the context of the provision of services under the Agreement(s).
  • Information on the legal representatives of the client: name, address, data and place of birth, tax residence and number, profile, passport copy, contact details.
  • Information on the shareholders of the client: name, address, data and place of birth, tax residence and number, profile, source of wealth and funds, bank details, passport copy, contact details, if individual; articles of incorporation, data on the legal representatives and shareholders or any other legal entity or individual linked to the entity, tax residence and number, source of wealth and funds, bank details, contact details, in case of entity.
  • Information on the Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s) of the client: name, address, data and place of birth, tax residence and number, profile, source of wealth and funds, bank details, passport copy, contact details.
  • Any other information related to the client, its Principal (as defined in the Agreement), its investors, and/or the AIFM, as the case may be and where applicable, and necessary for the execution of the outsourcing arrangements Alter Domus delegates.

In addition, our commercial teams may access on a need to know basis to Information.  The function is split across Alter Domus Group, with the majority of the teams located in Luxembourg, United Kingdom  and United States of America.
