Integrated Global Real Estate Solution (IGRES)
Alter Domus’ Integrated Global Real Estate Solution (IGRES) is a unique and vertically integrated service offering supported by a cross-border operational model and technology platform. IGRES covers end-to-end administration services from asset level up to the investors, local property companies and real estate debt companies, intermediary special purpose vehicles, commingled open or closed ended funds, separate accounts, joint ventures and club deals.
Data Exchange
Alter Domus’ proprietary Data Exchange allows property managers and third-party data providers to upload financial and non-financial property data. There, managers can translate and manage financial data in multiple file formats from external property managers.
Yardi
Alter Domus utilizes Yardi, the real assets accounting and investment management software platform, as an end-to-end accounting engine to facilitate property & loan accounting, servicing, entity consolidation, investment & fund entity accounting, investor allocation and reporting.
ReportPro
ReportPro is Alter Domus’ proprietary reporting engine. Housed as a secure, web-based portal, ReportPro serves as a collaborative home base for fund managers and Alter Domus servicing teams to track, review and comment on deliverables through the full workflow, from generation to investor delivery.
CorPro
CorPro is Alter Domus’ proprietary fund manager and investor portal, offering a secure digital space for GPs and LPs to conveniently access information and resources pertaining to Alter Domus’ services. CorPro seamlessly integrates with Alter Domus’ core accounting systems, fostering greater transparency between the service provider, GP, and LP.

Outsourcing
Under an outsourcing model, your firm can cede the day-to-day fund operational duties – such as financial statements and investor reporting – to Alter Domus teams and our own technology, while we report progress and updates to your key back-office contacts.
Co-Sourcing
Co-sourcing exists at the intersection of insourcing and outsourcing. Under the co-sourcing model, the administrator handles the day-to-day back- and middle-office operational activities while the fund manager retains ownership and control of their in-house technology and data solutions.
Lift-Out
We also work with asset managers to lift out their operational teams, making them our own employees. Although the staff would fall under our overhead as the administrator, they remain completely dedicated to the fund and its activities.
