Data Exchange is a self-service upload, translation and management platform for financial data. It provides external property managers with a mechanism to seamlessly exchange property/asset level financials in any format. The tool tracks and normalizes the data to post to Alter Domus’ accounting systems for an end-to-end automated process.
Yardi
Alter Domus utilizes Yardi, the real estate accounting and investment management software platform, as an end-to-end accounting engine to facilitate property & loan accounting, servicing, entity consolidation, investment & fund entity accounting, investor allocation and reporting.
CorPro
The CorPro platform is Alter Domus’ proprietary Fund Manager and Investor Portal, offering a secure digital space for GPs and LPs to conveniently access information and resources pertaining to Alter Domus’ services.
